With the continuous progress of technology, material grinding technology has rapidly developed, and semi-autogenous mills have gradually become larger. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on the performance of liner materials, and chrome-molybdenum alloy liner plates for semi-autogenous mills are an important component.
Traditional chrome-molybdenum alloy liner plates for semi-autogenous mills tend to detach from the fixed components during installation, causing inconvenience for installation workers and resulting in delays and reduced work efficiency. The purpose of this utility model is to provide a chrome-molybdenum alloy liner plate for semi-autogenous mills to solve the problem of easy detachment of fixed components mentioned in the background technology. In addition, traditional chrome-molybdenum alloy steel liner plates used in semi-autogenous mills are prone to cylinder liner plate fracture and failure.
In order to solve these problems, our company developed the liner plates for the Ф10.37*5.19M semi-autogenous mill at the end of 2010. The product was first tested on March 5, 2011, in the Dashan Concentrator of Jiangxi Copper Group.
With the assistance of leading experts and professors from collaborating universities (Dr. Lv Zhenlin and Prof. Jia Xiaoshuai from Xi'an University of Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively), our company improved and optimized the manufacturing technology and liner plate structure, as well as upgraded the production equipment.
The service life of the liner plates stabilized at around 4 months and 10 days. The steel purification technology using argon blowing in the furnace and bottom and the water-mist-air alternating cooling heat treatment technology are advanced compared to domestic and international counterparts. Currently, the service life of most of the semi-autogenous mill liner plates of this model is around three months.
