As the transportation equipment of coal mine working face, the reliable, stable and efficient operation of scraper conveyor will directly affect the production capacity of mines and the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises. The wear resistance of scraper conveyor is one of the most critical performance indicators. According to the current usage, its service life is generally 3-5 years.
