This is a process of inlaying alloy blocks into a high manganese steel matrix. It includes the following steps:

Step 1: Design the layout diagram of the alloy block base according to the wear condition of the wear-resistant part, determining the shape, size, quantity, and arrangement of the high chromium alloy blocks.

Step 2: Design the production drawings of the high chromium alloy blocks, determine their suitable chemical composition, casting process, and heat treatment process, and produce qualified products accordingly.

The beneficial effect is that this innovative process separately produces high manganese steel products and alloy blocks through casting processes, performs heat treatment according to their respective processes, and inlays the alloy blocks into the high manganese steel products at room temperature. Through special processing techniques, it ensures that the high manganese steel products do not detach or break during use, thereby increasing the fracture capacity and service life of the high manganese steel products.

This product has the advantages of strong wear resistance on the wear surface and strong toughness on the non-wear surface. It can be widely used in high-impact working conditions such as material crushing, grinding, and mining. However, due to high process requirements, issues such as detachment of the alloy rod from the base plate and fracture of the alloy rod may occur during the production process.

Through continuous research and development experiments, our company has overcome these challenges and successfully produced and applied the product with significant results. For example, the service life of the product on the lining plate of the ore warehouse in the Dashan dressing plant of Jiangxi Copper Corporation reached two to three times that of the chromium molybdenum alloy material lining plate. The service life of the product on the jaw plate of the crusher in the Guixi smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation reached 1.5 times that of the manganese steel material.

For some mining operations where there is severe localized wear on certain wear-resistant parts, our company can conduct targeted localized inlay casting. Moreover, we can offer various choices of alloy rod materials to meet the specific requirements of different working conditions, thus satisfying the customers' ultimate needs.

Our company has also conducted partial trials of material improvement on semi-autogenous mill liners, ball mill liners, shovel teeth, and other wear-resistant products in Jiangxi Copper Corporation's affiliated mines. We will continue to collect usage data, evaluate the effectiveness, and strive for continuous improvement.
