Guixi Smelter is one of the main mines of Jiangxi Copper Corporation. with advanced equipment and technology. Its production equipment includes electric shovel, autogenous mill, flotation machine, belt conveyor and so on. Dexing Copper Mine is one of the important mines of Jiangxi Copper Corporation. Copper fine powder is mainly sent to Guixi base for smelting. The application case of Guixi Smelter provides valuable experience and reference for similar industries.

Dexing Copper Mine has many sub-units, including copper plant, stope (such as Fujiawu, Chengmenshan Copper mine), mineral processing plant (such as Dashan ore dressing, Sizhou ore dressing) and finishing plant power plant. As the main mine of Jiangxi CopperCorporation, Dexing Copper Mine not only has rich copper resources, but also carries a long history and brilliant copper culture. The copper concentrate produced by Dexing Copper Mine is mainly sent to Guixi smelting Base for smelting. This shows that Dexing Copper mine plays an important role in copper mining and smelting.

Two kinds of milling equipment are used in Guixi Smelter, respectively, with a diameter of Ф5.2× 5.2m autogenous mill and Ф5.03×8.3M ball mill. These devices use the following key components provided by our company in the copper slag medium: 1045×420×65 wear-resistant lining plate, made of ZGMn13Cr2 high manganese steel castings. The mechanical properties of the wet-resistant liner meet the GB/T5680-2010 "Austenitic high manganese steel castings" standard, the hardness range is HB180 ~ 220, the tensile strength Rm≥735MPa, elongation ≥20%.

The wear-resistant lining made of this high-manganese steel material can effectively resist the wear of copper slag media, and its service life is expected to reach 10 months, and the actual service life of customers is more than 10 months. 1243×190×190 hoist, made of 70Cr3NiMo alloy steel. The mechanical properties of the elevator meet the hardness HRC30 ~ 36, impact value ≥60J/CM2 (no notch), tensile strength ≥900MPa. The design and material selection of this elevator enable it to maintain stable performance in copper slag media.

The service life of the elevator can reach 4 months. 870×478×110 wear-resistant liner, made of ZGMn13Cr2 high manganese steel casting. Hardness range is HB180 ~ 220, tensile strength Rm≥735MPa, elongation ≥20%. The wear-resistant lining can effectively protect the mill cylinder from the wear of copper slag medium, and its service life can reach 12 months.

According to the feedback data of the effect, the life of the lifter of the Ф5.2× 5.2m autogenous mill is stable at more than 4 months, and the life of the cylinder liner is stable at more than 10 months. The life of the cylinder liner of the Ф5.03×8.3M ball mill is stable at more than 12 months. These results show that in the application of Guixi Smelter, these wear-resistant parts produced by our company can provide stable performance and service life, thus ensuring long-term operation of the equipment in the copper slag medium.
