Working Principle of Jaw Crusher

The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw swings up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw pushes the moving jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split. When the moving jaw and the moving jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crusher jaw is used to periodically crush and discharge materials to achieve mass production.
